I recently visited Rapunzel's and was very impressed with their professionalism through my entire visit. I am happy they have their policy about consultation before service. I went in with a set idea in my head about how i wanted to look. Thank goodness i didnt do it ! I was informed of the maintnance of the style i wanted , chose something different and was extremely pleased. I highly recommend this salon to anyone thats looking for a a great experience.

Pros: Everything

Cons: Parking can be limited on a busy day

I've been to Rapunzel's several times and have gotten a cut and color with Timmy. He cut off about 3 inches of my hair and i was amazed how great i looked when he was finished. I've also had a massage with Lori who has hands of gold! The salon is very warm, & inviting. The employees at the salon the i've come in contact with have been nothing but accomidating, and polite. They are a very professional salon and i highly recommend them to anyone. Also, i will continue to go there in the future for any need.

Pros: Professional, clean, well-trained employees, & cozy atmosphere

I am from bethlehem Pennsylvania. I found the girls at the front desk extremely polite and my friend and I wanted pedicures together so we booked them at night. What I found was the nicest, pedicurists, Roxann and Annie. I was so impressed with the way my feet felt, and so soft, I had Roxann but my friend had Annie and she said her feet felt great as well. We will definately be back. I am going to have a massage done by Roxann, she does that as well.

Pros: awesome atmosphere

Cons: could not find parking very well

I've been coming to Rapunzels for quite some time and it's a very warm, welcoming, professional place. I go there for massage regularly and to my dismay, my regular therapist moved and I had to go on a hunt for another one. I booked an appointment with Lori, and let me tell you, she has the most magic hands, the most wonderful touch, and you can tell she is compassionate about what she does. She's been a therapist for a number of years and it shows. She is definitely the best around and I have already referred people to her. When she first started at Rapunzels a year ago I could see her whenever I needed to. Now her clientele has built up so much, everytime I call in to request her, she's booked for weeks! I suggest getting on her maintenance plan so you can get in with her on a regular basis. You will thank yourself, and Lori, THANK YOU!!

Pros: everything. Especially Lori!

Cons: nothing!

I go to rapunzels for everythng. I have been going to Dawn for my color highlights for 10 years, just recently started getting massages and facials. I love the new spa they built. This is a high class salon and spa with great service.

The cut was good. The blowdry was awful. I would think you are supposed to look fabulous after coming out of a salon and with this blowdry, I wasn't close. Then I was pressured into scheduling for full hilights when I only wanted a partial. Once they told me what the cost would be..... I said no way. Not even close to what the web site says. I came from NYC and had amazing hair service for well under what they charge! Needless to say, I cancelled the hilights appointment and I'm not going back. Actually this is not a fake review. I made another appointment to go to a better salon for my color a week after going to this one for the cut! I wrote both reviews on 9/4 which does not mean I had my hair done on that day!

Pros: Very nice people

Cons: Costly, service ok

I've been to quite a few trendy salons and most are the same high priced and low customer service. I was pleasently surprised with rapunzels. The level of service was excellent and I could tell they cared about my satisfaciton. I loved my color and my cut.

I have been going to rapunzels for over 15 years..I get haircuts and massages regularly. they are top notch I suggest krista for the massage and dawn for the haircuts. The prices are reasonable and you can tell they care. I get compliments on my hair all the time. The massages help with my shoulder pain that is always there.

They were very nice and friendly however the quality of their work has a lot to be desired for the price. I had partial highlights and cut. The cut was nice the highlights really bad... I paid $200.00 to have chunks of my hair bleached. The day after I had my hair done my mom asked me when I was getting my hair done because it looked bad. I almost feel bad writing this because they are so nice, but after paying $200.00 I feel my hair should look great! Instead I am looking for someone to fix the damage that was done.
