The care is personal, the service is always fast, the staff is knowledgable, the willingness to get your needs met is at a consistently very high level. I defected from using the major chains after using Rann only once more than three years ago. On average, I wait between 5 and 10 minutes for any script to be filled. I'm not sure they have ever taken more than 10 minutes. Be sure to ask if you don't see what you need. They will either make a recommendation or get it for you, usually next day. They handle doing leg work for incorrect doc prescriptions and will always go above and beyond what you expect of them. Durable medical equipment and supplies are available in-store, as well as many, many higher quality gifts from local and not-so-local artists.
