I have gone to the Cartwheel for many years and it has been a burning torch for the gay community of New Hope. I have since moved from the Philadelphia area, but when I return for visits I always return to the Cartwheel for a terrific time. Thanks to the owners!
Pros: Easy Parking, Great Atmosphere, Friendly Staff
