This well-stocked natural health goods establishment has the homey feel of a General Store of colonial times, most appropriate for this beautiful tourist area. Loved foraging through fantastic and unusual product discoveries that appear to be carefully hand selected by the owner. There are a vast array of cold remedies and preventatives which are great when you want alternatives to traditional medicine and they were really helpful-- no cold this year! On the downside, it's a little difficult to spot from the road because of the prominent "For Rent" sign next to a building closer to the road. (River Of Life is pushed back a half block back from the road). While it has a huge "Open" sign, it's not easy to see from busy Route #202, especially if you are a newcomer. Rating this business minus one star for some food items, such as one bag of nuts and a loaf of frozen bread which seemed to reach a past due date, but four stars because of ambiance of being chocked full of a wealth of new products.

Cons: Some past due dates on food overlooked but may be anomaly

well informed, friendly staff, well-kept herbs in the back, and Nelson-Bach essential oils in stock... they moved from New Hope to Lahaska a while back, and it's STILL worth the trip.
Pros: wonderful people, good stuff
Cons: set back from road, a bit narrow-aisled
