I agree with the comment below! My husband's driver side window was shattered to pieces! And they refused to do anything, we called the cops, but what can they do but file a report! I do not allow my children to play outside because of the fowl mouth rugrats that run unsupervised all through out the place. If you have children young enough to actually enjoy the parks that are here, you can't because that is the teen hang out! The parks are littered with broken glass and garbage! I do not feel safe having my family here!
Pros: Three bedrooms and washer/ dryers
Cons: Everything else!

Don't get me wrong spring garden are very nice townhouses but in seems everyweek in my court there is a tentant who is calling the police because there car getting broke into, car radios getting stolen, writing on cars, etc. People call the office all the time about the kids hanging out at the park all hours of the night. There response is call the cops, after calling the cops they say they will come out but they can't be babysitters, and when they do come out the kids leave the park and find other places in the complex to hang out. If you like spend $1000's a month and having your stuff broken into than spring garden is for you.
