Not handicap friendly.

This store is not handicapped friendly. I phoned to ask if they accomodated the handicapped with electric scooters. I was told no. I had to provide my own transportation. I am handicapped and cannot handle lifting my scooter out of my trunk alone. I was so anxious to shop in this store, where my friends bragged about the entire shopping experience. I gave it a shot and took my own scooter. In the process of taking the pieces out of my trunk, I banged my leg with the heaviest piece. The aftermath of my physical problem is not their concern. What bothers me is that I cannot shop there because of their uncaring attitude.
