Been at Spring Valley several times over the years, some experiences were better than others. New owner has made some great improvements to the place, and it sounds as though more upgrades are on the way! For the most part, staff has always been exceptional, very accomodating. Bar and dinner menus are excellent, a wide variety of choices. Took the family for Mother's Day, it was rather busy, but we only waited 5 minutes for our table. Food was great, service was excellent, and harp music added to the atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit!
