As we drove down to this place, we found the parking situation nearby the place was extremely frustrating, When we arrived , were welcomed by unfriendly staff...had to wait to be seated...then we had to wait to order...then we had to wait for drinks...but for food there wass no wait time... looks like it was precooked! The waiter with a colonial hangover was busy entertaining some "selected" customers, obviously didn't feel like checking in on us, or pretty much anything. Once teh maincourse was done.. didn't offer coffee or dessert.! The check arrived without us asking for it. These people were just trying to fool the Non-Indians by mis-using the "INDIA" name, just by serving below average food and keeping some dusty handicrafts... I wouldn't reccomend tis to anyone
Pros: Easy to find
Cons: Poor service... bad food

My wife and I really enjoyed our meal. Service was fine but I can see where some of the reviewers had some issues. They aren't warm and fuzzy. We liked the diverse menu but would recommend some vegetarian dishes that aren't laden with fat and cheese. We had the baingan bharta and vegetable navratan korma. We order them hot but they were just medium. The flavors, however, were excellent. We wished there were more vegetables in the korma though. We also had the gobi paratha, this was the best paratha we have ever had anywhere. We travel extensively and eat at dozens of Indian restaurants and really recommend you try this restaurant. We will definately be back to try more on our next trip in the area. This one is better than average.
Pros: Food was flavorful and balanced.
Cons: Conservative portions and value.

The naan is cold and not good. The vegetarian food is tasteless and prepared by either someone who is learning cooking or who doesn't know vegetarian cooking. Not worth the money that we spend. Better to avoid especially if you are vegetarian. We have stopped going there completely.
Pros: none i can see
Cons: avoid

The food is really bad. The vegetarial dishes on the dinner menu were made from canned vegetables and had been immersed in sugar and ketchup.... The main issue is their meat dishes.... Either they buy stale/expired meat or they do not cook it properly. When you ask the manager, he is downright rude. I have stopped going to this place. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Pros: convenient for students
Cons: bad food and bad service

Very bad food with sugar and ketchup added to food to add volume. Chicken is old and lunch menu is essentially the dinner leftover from previous day. The naan (bread) usually is cold. Their meats are undercooked and not fresh. Service is lousy as well. The owner is quite rude when you ask him to get frsh naans or comment on quality of food. I would never go there again,
Pros: Close to a University Campus
Cons: Bad food, obnoxious owner, bad parking, poor service

The food is good, but the service is pathetic!! Been having a meal there about once every week, and you'd think the staff would make you feel a bit more welcome?? They are under-staffed, and the service has been consistently very poor & would qualify as being rude! The decor is tacky & furniture is very cheap! Has zero ambience. If you're looking for good food and don't mind the indifferent treatment, then you won't mind frequenting this restaurant. But then again maybe they're just rude to fellow Indians, which by the way, is VERY TYPICAL!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: food is good
Cons: parking, bad service
