Horrible and expensive

While the pedicure chairs may be nice, the mani & pedi that I got for $54 was the worst I've ever had. I would have been better off buying a $5 nail polish and doing it myself at home. Won't be coming back.

Can't get an appointment!

Love the cuts I get there. It is a bit expensive but the cut is so good it's worth it. However, EVERYTIME I call for an appointment it is a struggle. Their business hours are very short unlike other salons that are open until 8pm or 9pm at night. Like many other people I don't get home from work until 5:30pm or 6pm. That means there's an overabundance of people trying to get in on a Saturday. Typically when I call I can't get an appointment (for any day of the week) for 3 weeks. Actually I'm lucky if it's only a 3 week wait. PLEASE consider staying open late just one day a week for those of us who work late or don't have anyone to watch the kids til their husband gets home, etc.

I have been a long time customer of this salon and they have exceptional service skills and much talent throughout!! I would highly reccommend this salon. And the prices are great! You get quality service,great environment, just beautiful!! First class all the way!! Any day!! The new facility is a MUST see!!!Anyone who's anyone must check this salon out!!
