glarue 11, your child probably didn't enjoy it there because she wasn't very good. Send her to another studio, cause we don't need children that are terrible dancers like that at such a great studio like Showbiz Kidz. If your child doesn't wanna stick with it, too bad! You got a notice at the beginning of the year as my mom has for the past 8 years saying COSTUMES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!!! If it bothered you that much you shouldn't have let her quit or made a deal in the beginning with her to stick with it. The costume issue is honestly a stupid complaint. The parking is fine, no one has issues about it. The staff is what makes class such a good time. And dishonest? Not at all. I think you're just an angry complaining person. But glad you left, we don't need people like you bringing down the spirits of our studio =]
Pros: The shows are the most theatrical and entertaining you could possibly see! The staff is so kind and great at their jobs.
Cons: None of course! That's why 3 people said its the best in the area =]

We've been going to Showbiz for nine years and I have seen my children progress through out those years. The end-of-the-year recitals dazzle and amaze me every year. All my children love and look forward to attending their classes.

Happy, positive, loving environement for children of all ages!! I highly reccomend this studio to everyone!

It's hard to believe that dance instructors that work with children can make them cry, not want to go to class, and feel horrible about themselves. On top of all of this they take your money for a costume and when your child decides they don't want to go anymore because of the way the teachers treat them you are not given a refund or the costume, which cost over $100!
Cons: bad parking, rude people, dishonest
