Dr. does not get back to me..was not too happy with help

Had blood work done 3 weeks ago, no one got back to me .

Had questions on my perscription...2 days to get back to me.

Finally called them ..to ask if the percription should be taken along with another perscription (2 antibiotics) ..recpetionist said " the Dr. Perscribed it ...yes) I did not feel comfortable with her answer...called back and asked Dr. on call ..Finally Dr called back ...told me only take the new antibiotic..not both! If I had listen to the hired help, I would have been taking double dose of Antibiotics.

• Cons: No one gets back to you with results from tests

waiting for my sons file to be transferred since last year!

I ordered my sons records to be transferred to his new doctor august of last year and nothing!! they are so hard to get a hold of, their hours of operation are wacky!!! the doc is very nice but he needs new staff and office manager as they are very unorganized!! I need my son's file for his immunizations for school!!

Doctor is good....but then need to hire better help

The doctor is nice and understanding....but the receptionists are lacking...never get a call back...did not know how to get to location (She did not even know the building next to her was L&D Automotive.....right next door!)

THe always seem like you are bothering them.

Good doctor--too much overbooking

This doctor is very intelligent, and personable but it's more than obvious that he overbooks because I had an appointment for my 1 1/2 year old son at 5 pm and weren't seen until 7 pm. I've tried to call and schedule appointments and get referrals, and I'm put on hold for at least 15 minutes. I never get a call back when I leave a message. The receptionists are not at all friendly. Out of necessity this is my son's doctor, but I will defiinitely soon find a place that is a little more considerate in general with everything.

• Pros: friendly doctor
• Cons: everything else--waiting time, reception, and consideration.
