Average Experiance, Massage Techs GREAT!. I went here on a whim with another person and both of us had a bad impression at the front desk. The gift certificate question was the main concern. Waited QUITE some time upon arrival in the uncomfortable recpetion area, but did get full hour massages. Massage Techs were REALLY GOOD!! Best I have had in some time anyway. The facility was crowded and decorum was slightly hum-drum. Overall, I would go back for the massage tech!!!

It was the most wonderful experience <3. When I first walked in I was greeted with wonderful staff at the front desk, I think her name was Aubrey. My appointment was at 11:30 and I was walked upstairs at 11:28. The assistant asked me my name and who I was with, and she asked me if I wanted anything to drink. She sat me down and started to wash my hair. It was a very pleasant time. By the time that was done it was 11:40 and my hair appointment was started. I was with a girl named Sheila. SHe was a very nice and spunky person and I really liked her a lot. I still go to her this day. Which is now over a year. Overall I highly recommend going to Oliver's. It's a very nice place.

Queen for a day. My husband purchased a package of services for my birthday 2 years ago. On my actual birthday, I arrived and was treated to a pedicure & a manicure. Then I had lunch which the staff served me. Next, came the hot rock massage (was out of this world), followed by a facial (liked this the least) and finished my day with having my hair washed and styled. I felt more pampered than any of the time in my life.

Average. I have had nails and massage done here. The nail techs are very friendly and skilled. They don't wax the toe hair, though. Other spas will.

The front desk is very unpleasant. I got a hot stone massage there once. The receptionist asked, "Do you have a gift certificate?" No. She then proceeded to say "Most people don't do that." What? Did I ask your opinion?

The massage people are skilled, but a massage is less than an hour.
