Loved my Pedicure. Got a pedicure yesterday in the snowstorm. What a way to beat the winter blues. I sat in a comfy pedicure chair, sipping wine, and watching it snow thru the big windows Oliver's has overlooking the outside. The pedicure was great, I liked the massage part the best. I had Melanie-she was great. Next time I will bring a friend as there were two seats next to each other.

Great hair make-over!. I found myself in need of a "color correction" and made an appointment at Oliver's. I couldn't have been more impressed with the color & lowlights I received. The haircut was exactly what I had asked for and exceeded my expectations. Everyone there was very friendly and accomodating. The salon itself is very clean & has a very attractive decor. I plan to return again, and also look forward to trying a facial & message, to get more of the spa experience!

Just Average. I went in on a whim because I pass by it all the time and it looks like a "classy" spa. Well, I get called on time for my haircut and met my hairstylist, Claire. She was very nice and gave me a terrific cut. However, when I got my shampoo that was a whole different story. The puts a few drops of shampoo on my hair and rubs the top of my head a bit and rinses. Then repeats and rinses. I'm thinking...ok, is she going to rub my entire head and wet it all, is she going to do a little massaging, she can't be done already in less than a minute!! This is supposed to be a luxurious spa. I've been to many other spas and never had my hair washed in less than a minute without scrubbing or rubbing or massaging! When she finished I asked her if that was it? The right side of my head was still partially dry! I told Claire and we had the girl wash my hair again...the right way!!

My favorite spa!. I have been to many salons in the past and none are as friendly and elegant as this one. The employees are always so happy. They seem to really enjoy what they do. They have great stylists. I got the best haircut there. The spa services are also top notch. They give the best pedicures and all the girls are really good. The waxing is superb. Massage techs really know what they are doing. When you walk into Oliver's it always smells so good.

terrible!!. i agree the satff is rude and unpleasant!! i have a cift card to the spa i will never use and i cant give it away i would not subject someone to this place!! go to spa solei or tc saon for a real spa experience!!

Love to go to this spa!. I have been getting services at Oliver's for over a decade. They actually have many technicians that have been around since I started going there. This is a classic place with first rate service. The technicians are so amiable it makes me remember to smile. Other reviews found the front desk rude? Hardly-they will talk your ear off it you let them. HA!

Not at all what I expected. I have been to several spas in the past and have never been treated like I was at Oliver's. The staff , with the exception of the massage therapists, were all rude! I will never go there again and you can believe I will not be referring anyone to them either!

BEST SPA GREAT DAY. THIS WAS SUCH AN ENJOYABLE DAY FOR ME. FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR I WAS GREETED WITH VERY HELPFUL STAFF. ANYONE I ENCOUNTERED WAS EAGER TO PLEASE. I HAD A DAY OF PAMPERING WITH STAFF THAT KNEW THEIR FIELD,WERE VERY PLEASANT AND I LEFT FEELING LIKE A MILLION BUCKS. I FOUND EVERY AREA I WAS IN VERY CLEAN AND WATCHED MANY OF THE GIRLS SANITIZING EVERYTHING.THEY SEEMED TO ENJOY THEIR JOBS AS MUCH AS I ENJOYED BEING THERE.WILL RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!!!!!

there are better places .... I was not pleased wth the front desk at all. You're greeted by a front desk staff that is not very pleasant and extremely rude. I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my mother as a mother's day gift and when i approached the front desk about options and packages they basically snubbed me off and acted as though my questions were irrelevant and completely stupid. Here's something to remember ... " this is your job, if you dont want to do it... leave" Other than that the stylists are wonderful and very pleasant. Nail techs are sweethearts and the woman that did my massage was a doll. It's worth an experience.. just stay upstairs, not down.
