Choose the right hairstylist! After choosing a new stylists 100% satisfied !. I wanted an exceptional haircut and highlights and chose this salon. The haircut was average and coloring was a disaster. I walked in the salon with healthy hair and left with overprocessed hair which was gray. My hair was so damaged and took three weeks of daily heavely conditioning to recover somewhat. I spent too much money for the service and recommended products($500). My compensation was a free toner. I feel a salon should correct the mistake at no cost with a free highlighting done the next available time the hair can withstand another coloring. After changing hairstylist and new cut I was very satisfied.

My wedding do was perfect!. I booked my bridal 'do at Technicolor, even though I had never been there before. Unfortunately, the girl who did my pre-bridal called in sick, so imagine my surprise when I showed up on my wedding day and she wasn't there! The girl who did my hair actually did a better job, it was done in less time, and it stayed put all night! I absolutely loved it! My mom had her makeup done and it was gorgeous, and my bridesmaid had her hair done too, and she was extremely satisfied with the service.
