Professional & Friendly Service. I recently moved from the west coast and had to transfer my title and tags to PA. I found the staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The transaction was done quickly, and I am happy to give the highest recommendation.

save yourself a headache.
Three of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered work at the allentown location of this agency.
I moved to PA from out of state and have encountered great difficulty getting my car registered and the title issued. The employees provided no assistance or guidance is overcoming the difficult obstacles put in place by pendot, but rather took great staisfaction in saying "can't help you, Pendot rules, next"
If you are moving to PA from out of state, I would highly recommend not using this agency. They charge more than a private notary, are not at all timely and are just plain rude
