Awful, awful salespeople! My mother and I went shopping here for a mother of the bride dress and had a terrible experience. Not only were the saleswomen rude, but they made several comments about my mother's size. If a dress did not fit her the woman would loudly exclaim, "this is too small, you need a larger size!" and would then insist that she take it off immediately. They also told her to put the dresses on over her head and would peek into the dressing room repeatedly to make sure that she was doing as they demanded. Then I decided to bring a red dress over for my mother to try, and the older woman immediately took it from me and told us that it was not appropriate for a mother of the bride and that she couldn't try it on. My mother then asked nicely if she wouldn't mind letting her try it to look at the style and the woman said, "I DO mind!!! You cannot try it!" We then left because we were so disgusted by how rude and awful this saleswoman was. My mother and I were shocked at how poorly we were treated in this store and will never be going back.

I would recommend that anyone interested in going here think twice about it and go somewhere where they will actually treat you like a human being.

Great Boutique. Extrordenary store and staff. I found a one of a kind dress. They have so many selections to choose from .The staff is wonderful .I left there very very happy.Thank u !!!!!!

Extremely Rude Staff. I went to this store with my daughter to purchase a MOB dress for her wedding. Although they had many dresses to choose from, the sales person refused to help me and told me to go away and come back 1-2 months before the wedding. Unbelievable! I have never been treated so rudely. No wonder there were no other customers in the store! I ended up getting a beautiful dress for half the price at another store where they were happy to have my business.

LOVE this store. Just bought a dress for my son's wedding. Mary was so helpful. Showed me things I would never have picked on my own. Loved everything. Wonderful selection, excellent customer service, merchandise is nicely displayed and priced right. If you need a dress for a special occasion this is the place to go.

Great Place, Great Selection Personalized Service. My son is getting married this year 2011, and I went to your shop to try and find my perfect long dress for this very special occassion. I picked out several dresses and was helped by Mary the owner who was very friendly and accomodating to me. The third long dress I tried on was "My Perfect Dress", it even brought tears to my husbands eyes. I felt very elegant in my dress and I purchased it with no regrets. I would definitely go back to your store again, and recommend it to other friends!!!

Wonderful selection, personalized service. Love this shop! Took my 84-year-old mother for a gown for her grandson's wedding. Expected to go to a number of stores, but instead had at least 6 lovely choices here. She's thrilled with her gown, and will look gorgeous. I looked for a dress for the same wedding, with not much hope as a plus-size. Again had several wonderful choices, and bought two. Mary's help was invaluable, her suggestions spot-on. When she says "that's not for you" it's because it's not a flattering style on you. That means a lot from someone in this business. She wants you to look your best, and has the selection to ensure that you will!

Nice Store. After reading all the negative reviews for this store I almost didn't want to go there but what I have experienced is reviews are only a matter of someone else's opinion....which is always right or wrong.

I was looking for a gown for my small wedding. I went in and was greeted by a very nice woman....don't remember her name. She showed me my correct size range. Let me browse through racks of dresses. She was the only one in the store and it was busy. Never once did I get an attitude even with the business of the store. There was a little wait to try on because she was alone and she helps you try on....which I respect that. This was a boutique not department store. They work more like a bridal shop. When I did get to try on the gowns she was very helpful and very nice. The prices were a little high for my budget but the gowns were gorgeous. Not once through my hour at the store was I mistreated in anyway. I would go back again.

Wonderful Place, Great Selection and Service!. This was one of those great shopping experiences, the selection was superb, so much of just the right thing, all in one place. The personal service was wonderful, and although they were slightly busy, they took their time with me, and didn't make me feel rushed, instead the emphasis was on picking out what was right for me, and n the right amount. Great place!

How do they stay in business??!!. I have never had such a poor shopping experience in my entire life. I should have read the reviews before going out to this boutique. My son is getting married in six months, so I went here to buy a dress, perhaps two. At first glance I was impressed by the large inventory of formal wear and business clothing. I was glad to see they were not very busy. The salesperson made eye contact with me several times, but never spoke. Finally, I had to ask if I could try on four gowns I had selected. She seemed reluctant, then "allowed" me to have a dressing room. We made small talk about where I live and where the wedding would be held, etc. (I live in a neighboring county, but I shop in the Lehigh Valley most of the time. The wedding is at a country club in my county.) I tried on two dresses, and I knew they were not right. I told her the bride's mother hadn't decided on a color, yet, but I was sure she wouldn't be wearing anything in the plum family. I was ready to try on the two aubergine (plum) gowns and they were not on the hanger outside of the dressing room. I politely told the woman that she had accidentally put back the other two dresses and she said they weren't right for me and they couldn't be altered, anyway! I told her I wanted to try them on for the color and to see if the style was right, and she told me, "We don't do that." WHAT??? I had $1000 cash in my purse, and would have spent it in an instant on the right dress; the woman wouldn't even let me try them on!!! I am still in shock, as are deedee30, Suska, Kay474, and Ladyluck16TL!!! I know I didn't meet the nice women that Carol S. and Eagle00072 deal with.

By-the-way, I own a gown that they were selling in this boutique. They are charging $200 more than what I paid for it, and mine wasn't on sale. And , yes, reenie, the place smelled moldy. Buyer beware!

awful service!!!!. We went to this dress shop for the first time and we will never be back!!! The owner is the rudest salesclerk I have ever talked to! The one saleslady was nice and helpful but the older one was rude and crude! I have talked to a number of people since I went there and they said the same thing about the one lady... How are they still in business????? I will never send anyone to that store!
