TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD COFFEE. THREE TIMES, AND I'M DONE!

I have never had such a horrible time with a place of business, and especially DD. They don't know what they are doing, the coffee was like drinking water. We ordered two things regular coffee and a vanilla latte. The server said we should smell it to figure out which was what kind, and they both were cold. Unbelievable! One time stop to get donut holes, and said they were out of donuts.

Now the grand finale went to get the advertised heart donuts for my grandkids breakfast surprise, and you guessed it they are out. Unbelievable!!!!

All the signs are up, and they are advertising them on TV, and thru out the store, but NO DONUTS. I can't believe this place. I will never again go here. They lost a customer.

This DD doesn't understand the meaning of Customer Service. I went to this DD last night to get a coffee at the drive-thru and the employee dropped my debit card. No big deal, I'll wait while you find it, I said. He looked for the card for a few seconds and then came back to the window and suggested that I cancel my account with my bank because he couldn't find the card. This was his first attempt at a solution to what now became a major inconveinience for me. I told him that that was neither a solution nor an option and that I wasn't leaving until I had my debit card back. I told him I would come inside and wait while he found it. After sitting inside the DD for about ten minutes, he came back and said that there was nothing that he could do, I would have to cancel my account. No apology. None. I do not live near this DD or near my bank and so I asked to speak with a manager to avoid the 7 to 10 day hassle that this DD was now causing me to deal with. He got the manager on the phone and he was also was very rude;he didn't apologize for this mishap once either- Instead he asked me if I thought he should tear down the wall in order to get the card from where it was dropped. Yes, if that's how I get my card back, I replied. He then told me that it would require removing a partition and that he would come to the store in the morning because it wasn't convenient for him to come now. That's funny, I thought if you owned a business, you were responsible for things that happened at that business? Weird. I then had to reiterate the fact, once again, that this wasn't exactly part of my schedule for the day either. The employees couldn't have cared less about the fact that they had caused this problem and they never once apologized for the fact that I am now without cash for a week and a half until I get a new card. After 45 minutes of waiting for them to find my card, I left my number and asked that the manager called me ASAP this morning. It is now 11:30am and I have not heard a word from the manager- Inexcusable.

Coffee is bad. Donuts are good.. Donuts are not the best (local bakeries, grocery stores and Krispy Kreme are better) but still good. The coffee is bad. Go to Starbucks for coffee.
