What a Great Find!!. I took my daughter to California Gold Nights just to get some ideas for her prom dress. We were both so impressed with the variety and quality of the dresses we not only bought her a prom dress but I bought a gorgeous black cocktail dress for myself. The Paddi was so helpful, we will be back again anytime we need a special dress. You gotta check this place out!

Wow! One of a kind dress! One of a kind store!. My mom and I heard about Nights at California Gold from my friend who has been shopping there every year for school dances and prom. We were blown away! I got the cutest designer dress. Oh yeah and it's one of a kind! My mom seemed shocked at how reasonable the dress was considering its quality and beauty. We will definately be back to Nights at California Gold.

great find... so many compliments on my dress. I recently needed a dress for a black-tie event. I shared my price range with the owner/saleswoman. She found an incredible dress in a beautiful shade of pale green. It fit well (my friend made minor hem and strap alterations). I received so many compliments on the dress at the event. I will continue to visit anytime I need an evening gown/cocktail dress!

Buyer Beware. You may want to think twice about going to California Gold Nights in Allentown PA. I purchased two dresses and then saw them on sale for a fraction of the cost on the Nordstrom website. One dress was on sale for $62.00. The other retailed for $198.00 and is now on sale for $117.00. The dresses were exactly the same, color and all. The sales people will tell you that you are buying designer originals. I think I bought designer samples. Both dresses were over $300. What a rip-off! I aksed the owner to call me and I offered to pay the retail price but he never called back. They seem very accustomed to dealing with customer problems. I have four more years of dress buying ahead of me and I will tell everyone my story.

favorite new find. I went to this store with my mother and future mother in-law looking for their dresses. My mother is a plus size and while many dresses in the store would not fit, the sales girl took the time to show us a wide selection that would and she chose from about seven dresses. My mother in-law, who is considerably smaller, had no problem finding dresses throughout the store. I was very pleased that even though they were such different sizes they were both treated very well. We had a terrible experience at several shops where one clerk even called my mom fat!! So, I would surely reccomend this store to anyone, it made our lives so much easier.

california nights very disapointed. i took my mother in law to find a dress or a nice 2 piece .we walked into the store and was greeted by a woman the could have cared less if she made a sales or not. we came in with intensions to buy ,but after the cold shoulder, we left and went to macy's which had much better customer service.

adorable dresses, great service. great service, adorable dresses.. loved it! the girl that worked there was awesome. she picked out so many dresses for me and i didn't know what i wanted, she found the perfect dress and i bought it! LOVE IT!

Such nice dresses, great service, so helpful, and I plan on going back!!. This store was kind of hard to find, but so worth the trip!!!! So many dresses and the staff really helped me, the one woman actually picked out the dress i bought!! If you want something really different, it is the right place.
