We went to Daniels BMW to "look" at cars. Upon entering the facility we were greeted by a pleasant receptionist who introduced us to Natalie as all "sales staff" were busy helping customers. Natalie informed us that she was new but was eager to help us. She took us into the lot and showed us the car that we were interested in. She asked us a few questions to see where we were at in the car seeking process and was very professional in doing so. Her mannerism was very comfortable and natural and she allowed us to give the direction as to how far we went with the sale. Natalie showed us three vehicles and took us out to experience each one allowing us enough time to evaluate it's performance. She listened to our wants and needs and never made us feel that she was pushing us to the sales desk. As a matter of fact the entire sale took place in the main lobby sitting comfortably among the sofa's talking casually and getting to know each other on a more personal level. She introduced us to her manager, Rich, who also made us feel like we were old friends. We never felt pressured to make a decision or choice and eventually ended up purchasing the car of our choice for a price that we all felt comfortable with. It made us feel good to learn that this was Natalie's first car sale! She was such a pleasure to deal with. The entire team including the finance guy, Joe Grazer, made us feel relaxed and comfortable with everything. They add a personal touch to their customer experience. We have bought many cars over the years for ourselves and our kids, but have never had the experience that we had at Daniels BMW. They get an A+ from us and we will be sure to recommend them and Natalie in particular to our friends! Thank you for making this purchase easier than we thought it would be. We are so thrilled to have our first BMW and happy to have been Natalie's first sale.
This is our second purchase at Daniels. Awesome experience both times! Sales and service support is excellent and the facility is state of the art.
Daniels BMW is top notch. Great experience as this is our first BMW. Carrie Fortune was great to work with (very professional) and took the time to "teach" me how to work everything in our X5. Thank you Carrie and Daniels BMW for making this a great experience for me. I will surely visit you for our next BMW.
Daniels BMW and Mini is a quality Dealership and a pleasure to deal with. My wife and i have purchased 3 vehicles there and I personally recomend Matt Murphy for your new Mini Cooper that you will never be dissapointed with !!
The overall sales experience at Daniels was first rate. Kay was knowledgeable and passionate about BMW's...just makes the purchasing easy. I would definitely check out the BMWs at Daniels before signing the dotted line.
Daniels's is a great dealership, but primarily due to people like Carrie Fortune. This is the fourth vehicle from Carrie (after we went thru three other dealerships). We are fairly demanding customers, and working with Carrie is truly a pleasure. No pressure, great service, listens closely to what we want, patient (as we go back and forth prior to deciding), always willing to work with us and drives a fair bargain. She continues the great service after the sale and has gone above and beyond in every interaction.
No I'm not related to her. Yes, I am fanatical about customer service and expect a lot from sales people. Carrie continues to exceed expectation, and makes it look effortless.
As for service - Ethan helped save me about $500 on a recent repair. Good service, good price.
Unimpressed.. on more than one occation. – I have had my car serviced here before, and I noticed a reduction in power after the recall service. Also, the service indicator was never reset after an oil change. No loaner car was provided.. I was invited by e-mail to the 2012 BMW 3 series test drive event today (March 24th). This was a scam to get my demographic information. After registering, I waited an hour and a half for the sales person to tell me that they sold the 335i that they had for the test drive event. What did I see as I drove off? 335i sedans with dealer tags being test driven. Today was my last visit to this dealer. As far as I am concerned, they have no credibility. I've had better mechanical service at Thompson BMW in Doylestown...just don't let Thompson wash your car, and you should be fairly happy with your service experience. Also, when Thompson BMW does ride and drive events, you actually get to drive the cars they promote!
Enjoy your bad coffee and browse through overpriced accessories while you get robbed in labor cost! Yayyy! – I'll keep this short and not very sweet... 1) They marked up some parts for my repair by over 300%... not cool. 2)Their labor rate is $110 dollars per hour (proceed to wiping the screen of the coffee you just ejected). 3) Although the staff was friendly and knowledgable, I couldnt get past the fact that I was helping pay for a $5 million dollar mansion-like waiting area staffed by approximately 275 people (I was just having my brake pads replaced for petes sake). Perhaps if they built a really great roller coaster around the property I would have enjoyed it more, or if they offered free oriental massage it would take the sting out of the cost. I love BMWs, but watch how fast places like this sink when the economy catches up with rising costs.... I'll be looking forward to the artistry the 5 assistant counter managers use while assembling my Big Mac at the 15th street McDonalds. How about using some German sensibility and lowering the costs of ownership.... that would sell more cars. How many people do you think would start bitching because there wasnt 8 different variety of biscotti (NOT an exaggeration) available? A true rethink of Daniels philosiphy is in order, IMHO. Until that happens, I'll continue using the private garages who charge more than $30 dollars less per hour. I suppose "speechless" is what it left me, but not in a good way. $700 brake pads tend to do that.
Bought my BMW there. Pretty good service, courteous, respectful. – They generally take care of you but repair work is expensive. Best BMW tech is a dude called Rudy..he's a whiz!
