they lie and more lies, dont ever go there, they told my daugther they were letting her try on one of a kind dress, found out it sold in lots of bridal stores,they will tell you anything for a sale, would not recommend them to no one!!!

OMG! What a GREAT TIME!!!!!. This place has been around FOREVER and you can tell why! The Sales Staff really knows how to make you look amazing no matter what size you are. They are super helpful and when you take your gown home it's not a wrinkled mess cause they put this thing in it so it looks like I took out a body bag when I left, and it worked! No wrinkles! And no charge for this at all ~ they are so helpful and the styles are beautiful. Best Place By FAR for wedding gown needs!

Worst bridal experience I've ever had. DO NOT GO HERE... these people are manipulative, rude, and will do anything to get a sale. They will be nice to you until they swipe your credit card. Awful, awful people. Do yourself a favor and do not order your wedding dress OR bridesmaid dresses from here.. have had awful experiences with both.

BY FAR THE BEST IN THE VALLEY!. had the best time at bridals by sandra! any smart female would go their if they are looking for a wedding gown! the expierience was excellent the staff was great and the maggie gowns are out of this world!!! my wedding isnt until december but everytime i go their they have so many people willing to work with you to make your day as special as it should be!!!!!!!!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. TERRIBLE customer service, I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to buy a dress from this bridal shop. I ordered a dress (from a rather rude sales associate named Kate) in November that took longer than 6 months to receive. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong color (a mistake that Sandra's wouldn't own up to, but blamed it on the manufacturer for not specifying how they should order the product). Also, it was sewn completely crooked and was ripped (keep in mind this passed Sandra's "inspection" when they received it). My wedding is in October, so I received a dress that took more than 6 months to "custom tailor" only 5 months before the big day and had to have it sent back to get an entirely new dress. I was reassured that it would be perfect and would be back at Sandra's in 4-6 weeks because "the manufacturer thought my wedding was in August." I called just 2 weeks later to cancel the order all together and was told that that was not an option and was given no other alternative. It is now 10 weeks later and the dress has still not arrived. When I called to inquire about the status of my dress order, I was told "it is due any day and we will call you when it comes in." I informed the associate that it was due any day over 2 weeks ago and that this was unacceptable, to which I received no apology and was brushed off yet again. I have resorted to buying a second (more beautiful, might I add) dress from a different company because I can't possibly put my trust in this atrocious company to follow through with their empty promises. I hate that I have given them even a penny towards their completely unacceptable behavior and cheaply made product. This will not be the last bad review I submit.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. DRESSES NOT IN GOOD CONDITION!. one of the worst service places. I walked right in no one greeted me, and i was there for 20 minutes and over 4 store clerks walked striaght passed me. Snotty people! You can tell just from there attitude not professional at all! My friend who went there for her prom dress was never called back like promised, she had to call there. There dresses are not! in good condition. everyone of them are not in bag or anything and almost all have pulls on them or missing beads. dresses are OVERPRICED! and come in limited sizes. anything over a size ten will be extremly disapointed. Never going back.

If you want an amazing gown shop here!. Don't always write reviews but I just got my gown and I love it so much and I love the girls who worked with me. My sales girl is beautiful and not that THAT was important to me, but I knew she understood exactly what I wanted! They have this neat designer who makes really amazing dresses that fit me perfectly! I didn't want a strapless gown cause I am a bit top heavy and yet this gown fits perfectly! My mom and I heard of alteration nightmares and we were ready to have one with my shape. My sales girl told me she knew just want to show me and she was right! This place gives you a person who will help you plan EVERYTHING and I don't even have to hire a wedding planner. THEY help me with everything!

If you want to find a great dress and have some fun with planning your wedding, shop here cause they really are good! *Just sharing my experience with all you other excited brides! **Hope you have as much fun as I am doing these wedding things!

Loved shopping for my wedding gown..... Sending a huge thank you to all three girls who helped me find the perfect wedding gown! It may have taken me three visits to be sure the gown was just perfect, but the patience these three girls had for me was worth writing about. My first bridal consultant, Ashley, helped me find the perfect dress, but naturally I felt she was just trying to sell me. Turns out they really DO want to find you the best suited gown; and I shouldn't have been so worried about a sales person trying to help me. After 3 visits, I can see that they were right! It's really wonderful how they really do focus on finding me the right dress for my wedding plans and for my body type. (I'm not an easy fit and my gown looks amazing on me!) Hats off to Bridals by Sandra and the way those girls know what to look for to make their brides look amazing!!! Great Job!

Friendly and helpful. I went to 6 other bridal shops and tried on about 40 dresses (no kidding) prior to going to Bridals by Sandra. A co-worker recommended the place so I decided to try it. Our 11:30a appointment became closer to noon, but the rest was a great experience. Once the consultant understood what I liked she pulled a dress she thought would look great on me and fit my description. Perfect match! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for special occasion dresses.

They did not have a clue. I went to Sandra's back in June, and figured i would give it a shot. A friend of mine got her dress from there and said it was great. This was my first experience trying on dresses, and thought it was going to be very exciting. In the end it was not for me. The girl that i was assigned to was young and inexperienced. I went in there telling her exactly what i wanted. I said i want something simple, not puffy, no lace and no beading. She brought out a dress that had beading all on the top and as puffy as Cinderella's dress. I looked at her and said i asked for something simple with no beading and not puffy. She then told me i should just try it on. Why would i want to try it on when its not what i am looking for. She then brought out another dress, i swear this girl did not listen to a word i said, it was purple with cream lace and had big puffy sleeves, and looked like something from the wedding singer. I told her she was going to give me nightmares. Not once did she ever bring me out a dress that i asked for. Everything she brought out was puffy and covered with beading. At one point i said lets not do anymore satin and try organza. Well the next dress she brought out was satin. This continued for about 6-8 more dresses, until i started to cry, then another woman stepped in from the next room and said maybe you should show her this dress.... this girl was just clueless. It was a horrible experience, what i needed was to pick out dresses from a catalog and have her go and get them. They do not have catalogs there and even though i brought in pictures this girl did not have a clue. This store was not for me, maybe it would have been a better experience if the girl had listened. I got so upset that i left and never went back there. A bit of advice, if you do go there and they are not listening, ask for someone else, or when booking ask for someone with experience.
