Very Unprofessional

I made an appt. for my son to have his hair highlited and cut. We arrived at the salon a few minutes prior to the appt. only to wait 30 minutes before the stylist was ready for him. When discussing the service with the stylist, she made it clear that the service stated on her paper was only a kids haircut. I went back to the receptionist and mentioned what service I had asked for when making the appointment. She clearly remembered and said she was new and must not have put it into the computer the right way. Anyway, the stylist stated that she had no time to do a highlite and I was told that I should reschedule. It was bad enough that we had to wait 30 minutes with a child, but then to be told to reschedule because she did not have time. I walked right out and went somewhere else. This salon wants to act like they are upscale, but in order to be upscale-they need to hire professionals with manners and competency!! What a joke this place is!! Never again!

Very Knowledgable

I love my hairstlyist! He is talkative, down to earth and entertaining! I would not go anywhere else. I have finally found my salon! I was able to walk in my first time there and ask them what hair cut would look nice with my face. He had no problem telling me what he thought. I was so thankful, because the previous place that I went when asked the same question, said " well, lets do a trim for now and when you know what you want come back." Lets just say I NEVER went back there. Also, I got my first highlights there too. I had no idea what I was going for and they took care of me and of course I loved it!!!!

• Pros: Pretty much everything
• Cons: Expensive, but that is what you pay for quality

my friends sugggest it big time

i am a first time writer and as long as u follow the directions they give u it should turn out looking great i would know because a couple of my friends got their hair done there and it looks gorgeous so now im thinking of getting it done before school starts.
