Poor experience. Can not recommend this company Poor troubleshooting techniques and poor customer service.

On Saturday, January 28th I awoke to a soggy carpet in the basement and a trail of water leading to the hot water heater. I called the plumber I normally use and he was in bed with the flu. He sent a technician from Rothrock to look at the situation. The gentleman looked at the hot water heater, checked inside one of the access panels and checked the pressure relief discharge and found that there was no evidence of water, therefore, according to his years of experience, the hot water heater was not leaking. It was apparent that he did not want to be there. I tried to explain that there was a significant amount of water and it was flowing away from the water heater. He again said that the hot water heater was fine. I asked where the water could have come from because nothing else was leaking. He suggested that it could have leaked up through the concrete floor totally ignoring the obvious. I asked if that much water could possibly seep up through the floor. He assured me that it could. I started to believe that he may be correct and started to doubt my opinion of the leak. I paid for a service call and had to ask for a receipt. After he left, I decided to check for a leak further. I turned on the washing machine and water started flowing from the overflow valve. When I called on Monday morning to leave a comment about my poor experience, the voice I heard was the voice of the 'technician' who had been at my home on Saturday morning. I started to leave a comment and I was being interrupted frequently. I finally asked if I could finish. After I explained my dissatisfaction with the poor troubleshooting technique, the voice said thank you for your comment, and hung up.
