Unprofessional sales staff. We started our vehicle search here yesterday, because Honda typically builds more reliable vehicles. However, we were completely ignored by all of the sales staff. On top of the rude sales staff, one of the sales managers walked right in between us without saying a word as we picked up a brochure. We don't plan on going back. We used to shop at Conicelli Honda when we lived closer to the city and were never treated this way. I guess we'll need to take the extra time and drive the distance to get better treatment.
