Jackie was not only very personable but also very knowledgable about all the vehicles I wanted to test drive. Her easy going personality and patience was very appreciated and noticed. I liked Jackie as soon as I met her and decided that I wanted her to assist me in my purchase of a new vehicle. As busy as it was the Saturday that I was there, Jackie made sure that she took as much time as needed to help me and answer any questions I might have. I feel she is a huge asset to Milham Ford Toyota Scion and she made my experience a very good one.

Vehicle purchased was a 2012 Focus,for my daughter. This was our 3rd purchase in the last 2 years. Return purchase from Milham was exceptional on each occasion. Kudos to Dave Walker on a job well don!

I am very happy with the service I receive at Milham and that is due in large part to Walt Schlener. He makes sure everything is taken care of and he always goes out of his way to accommodate. He is pleasant and knowledgable and always ready with a big smile. I come to Milham because of Walt -- he is a super nice guy and he knows how to treat a customer.
