Very helpful – We were given lots of time and help in going over the options of the Cruze. We wanted to keep our monthly payment within our budget and they were able to make this happen.
Professional – My car is always repaired/serviced and ready when promised. The workers in the service department are professional and explain things so I can understand.

Awesome sales and service – This dealership has an awesome sales and service department. Each of the employees with whom I've dealt has been absolutely the best. Some service problems may be difficult to diagnose, but that is not the fault of the service tech. I'll be dealing with Brown Daub for years to come!
Kevin Tracey has always been OUTSTANDING in scheduling, service delivery and detailed, understandable explanations. He is truly an asset to your organization. We wouldn't consider service anywhere else. However, now all Brown Daub has to do is get your sales and finance up to paar and I'll buy another two vehicles soon.
Showed me every option! – I bought a Certified Pre-Owned after really coming in to purchase a new Jeep. The Jeep I bought was 4 years old and really was like new. I had one minor issue (I thought) and the service department took care of me right away. The problem really wasn't a problem, it was an oversite with a gas cap (I didn't tighten it enough). The Jeep was clean and everyone was genuine and helpful. I really would refer family and friends, a lot of the sales people have been there for a long time which to me is important. Good selection of cars and Jeeps.
Oh and the sales person showed me every option! That never happened before!
Service Needs Work and Brown Daub Ford – 5 straight years of having my car faithfully serviced at Brown Daub Ford with promises of a FREE wash after each service and FREE oil change after every 4 oil changes.............and after 16 services, not one free oil change and the car was washed 3 times. Parts and service are overpriced and no one seems to care when you have a problem. They don't listen. Imagine having the same electrical problem fixed 6 times while the car was under warranty because they could never get it right. To add insult to injury, after the warranty expired..........I had to pay even though the problem was a defect or poor workmanship from the beginning. I don't think I will go there again.
