Don't get your furniture here!. I had a similar experience to symbleen. I was told my furniture would be here in 8-12 weeks. It's been 13 weeks. My son was born last week and I still don't have the furniture. After US calling THEM many times, they told us after speaking to the manufacturer, the manufacturer will not let them pick up the furniture because it's not a large enough quantity. This sounds fishy to me because the warehouse is in NJ and Sherwoods can drive there to pick it up. Also, you tell me this 13 weeks AFTER I've ordered it?!? Now Sherwoods is trying to pawn off their floor models on me and only want to give me a discount of $40. I've called other stores and they told me the story Sherwoods is giving me sounds suspicious. I'm cancelling my order with them and I'm ordering furniture from a company that I trust and will deliver next week. AND the furniture will be BRAND NEW, not a floor model. Sherwoods has terrible customer service! They won't match prices either!

Would Not do buisness with again!. Sherwoods assured me that my baby furniture would be here in 8-12 weeks which is ridiculously long to begin with, but because I thought the store was supposed to be great and have great quality furniture, I waited. They never communicated wtih me on why my furniture did not come in the time they said it would...I called several times about my furniture and they were not in any way apologetic or helpful and did not care that it was now over14 weeks since I placed my order with them. I was so worried my baby would be here and I'd have no crib for her and they could've cared less!They said that they could not tell me when my furniture would be in either. I'd NEVER do buisness with them again! BAD EXPERIENCE! BEWARE, seriously!
