Dim sum is great food is good.
Food their is authentic Chinese food but I personally like the general chicken and chicken in garlic sauce. It was a bit hard to understand their wait-staff at first but when I took it slow we understand each other perfectly fine. Food is good service is good so I'll definely go back.
Over an hour for rice and an egg roll? Seriously? Seriously? 6 tables came in after us, and were seated, served and started leaving, while I'm still trying to entertain my kid waiting for lo mein, rice and egg rolls. The staff got annoyed with me for showing her the fish in the tanks and made her cry. We asked them just to give us the food to go, and they brought us the plates and boxes and told my husband to box it up himself.
I've been going here for more than 10 years because it was a decent place to sit down and have Chinese food. The time before this, the waiter kept forgetting to bring things like water, or utensils, but I blamed it on the waiter. After the experience today, I won't be back.
Eastern Chinese, Bethlehem.
If you can't get to a real city, this is as close as you can come this side of Hong Kong Jack's in Doylestown. The current management is a little less acquainted with American politeness, but somehow this reminds me more of the real China, which brings rudeness towards Westerners to an art form, and I find myself kind of liking the crudeness.
