Manager/owner Michael was not a nice guy and doesn't take criticism well and told me not to use his business any more and hung up the phone while i was still talking...BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE..

I don't usually leave comments for anything but the flowers received from Patti's Petals for my ten year anniversary were the most beautiful flowers my husband has ever sent to me!!! My anniversary was on the 25th and the flowers continued to thrive until just this week. I wanted anyone to know who sees this how wonderful there flowers are and to thank Patti's Petals for giving me something beautiful to look at for the last three weeks!

WORST FLORIST IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY. Patti's is over priced and uses cheap flowers as fillers - I've used them before and they've cut back on the flowers I've asked for. Owner is rude, dissmissive and uninterested in making her customers happy. There are plenty of great florists in the Valley. This isn't one of them. Spend your money somewhere else.

Always great service. Having been using them for years. Staff is always professional and helpful. Recipients very pleased with what they receive.
