SAVE YOUR HAIR--GO ELSEWHERE.
I'm only rating this salon one star because they refunded my money, twice.
A year ago, my daughter and I went there for cuts--hers turned out great, and mine (my hair was about 4 inches past my shoulders and I asked for "about an inch off"--I wasn't facing the mirror and wound up leaving with it about an inch above my shoulder) turned out horrible. I didn't have to pay for my cut.
We continued going back just for my daughter and yesterday, she wanted a "whole-head bleach" so she could color it black and red. The stylist insisted on doing foils, despite my asking over and over WHY she needed foils when she wanted everything bleached one color--I was made to feel stupid for asking--I kept asking anyway, because it didn't make sense at all. Three hours later, my daughter had so many variations of blonde in her hair.....with 1/4" dark brown roots......
Seriously....WTF?!?! I was irate......again, didn't have to pay....but now my daughter's hair looks like she had a 3 year old color it!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
