Excellent. J & J Heating & Plumbing is a class act. The estimate process was excellent, and the actual work project went very smoothly. I would recommend using J & J Heating & Plumbing, And I have a great deal of experience with using plumbers. Reasonable prices as well.

We have worked with Joe on two different occasions based on a neighbors referral. Professional, honest, and he won't charge you for every little thing, unlike other larger plumbing outfits in the Valley. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Joe from J&J is the most professional fair plumber we have ever used. My husband was in the United States Airforce and we have moved over 5 times have used plumbers in many states, and have yet to find someone more reliable, more professional and truly fair priced than Joe from J & J, We live in Upper Macungie township.

In October 2010, we purchased a sewer ejector pump from J&J and had them install it. The pump came with a 3 year warranty. In January 2011, the pump stopped working. We called J&J and were given the run around. At one point we were told that the receipt we had did not come from them even though the technician who signed it worked for them. Fast forward to January 2013, we never received warranty service and had to purchase a new pump. I would NEVER use this company again.

Firstly, and probably most importantly they turn up, and on time, secondly their workmanship and staff are all professionals, and thirdly they clean up any debris or rubbish, to leave your home as they found it.
