Great pizza - TERRIBLE service!. I'm so disappointed in Big Woody's. We have been ordering pizza there for years and it has just gone downhill. We live just a few blocks away but still enjoy delivery. Today our power went out and we relied on Big Woody's to bring us hot food so we ordered a single 2 topping pie.

1 hour and 20 minutes later the delivery guy shows up with no apology, takes his tip and leaves. We open the box to discover a cold pie that has been pushed to the back of the box so bad it has completely folded over itself. And... it was COLD.

We called BIg Woody's and told them this so they said they would bring us a new one and to RETURN the original.

25 minutes later the same delivery guy shows up. We inspect the pie (in almost complete darkness) to find it is warm. Delivery guy takes the delapidated pie and leaves. We further inspect the pie with a flashlight to discover they sent a PLAIN PIZZA. Plain. So we called yet again and said we are sad to have to stop eating at our favorite pizza joint. So unfortunate.
