The customer service in this store is
HORRIBLE. I purchase an item for Father day for my Father and pay for it. Sears did not call me and when I call them they told me they could not reach nobody in that department.
I will never purchase anything else from Sears in Whitehall Pa. because of thier unprofessionalism and poor social skills. I also still do not have the gas grill for my Father day present nor has any Sears represenative call me. Sears has not provided all thier customers with great service.
