Terrible!!. Was not impressed :( Made reservation for 30 & preordered the food since time was a factor, talked to Sam the manager almost everyday for a week, was reassured they could handle it. Obviously they could not, food was like rubber & half the meals were never even served because time (an hour later of arriving) ran out. When I spoke to the manager about this he shrugged & walked away.....what a waste of time & money!!! Go across the street to Boston's the Gourmet Pizza, had lunch there & it was wonderful!!!

I love the food and atmosphere at Florence !. I went to Florence on a date and we sat in their dining room for a quite dinner. My date ordered a seafood pasta dish and I ordered a steak. Of course we tried each others meals and they were both very good. The service was also great. After our dinner we went to the bar to have some drinks and watch a game. There were a lot of flat screens to watch the game and bar staff was friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful experience and have been back several times since. I would recommend to anyone for any occasion as I've had a great experience with my girlfriend on a date, my family and with friends!!
