Over the river and through the woods. I am a loyal customer if Cafe Verde. I remember the first day my mom took me there to eat. The owner and staff were very friendly and attentive. They welcomed me as if they knew me. I ordered my favorite type of meal, steak and potatoes (that wasn't the actual menu name). The steak was prepared as ordered and my garlic mashed potatoes tasted homestyle, way better than any chain restaurant would offer. The price for my meal, since it was a special for the day was moderately priced. The daily menu items are affordable. I have recommended the Cafe to several friends and have yet to get a complaint.

The only negative is due to economy they aren't always open when I have a hunkering to eat there. So keep that in mind when planning a trip there.
