Poor management. Went to the sands on May 30, 2011 and they had a power outage. Sat at a machine for 1hr. and 20 min. before an attendant came to me and that is only because my husband went to someone 3 times. When the manage came to me (Jim) the first time he was a real aXX. He said to give it time and it will come back needless to say it didn't. He rebooted the machine and said it would come back in 10 min. it didn't. Some other manage came over and gave me a voucher so I could get on my way, since I was late already do to there stupidity. Need to get there act together poor management. Will be along time before/if I return to get a whooping $10.00.

Filthy Restrooms. Recently to Emeril's for dinner & entered one of the restrooms where there were bloody products, feces & urine in 6 different bathroom stalls. One of the cleaning female staff was at the mirror combing her hair. I mentioned the bathroom needed a lot of attention and how sad that the public left such a mess for someone else to clean up. She shrugged her shoulders, said she wasn't doing it and it was time for her break.

Another time I noticed the cleaning woman using the same cloth to wipe the commodes as she used for the counters and sinks. There needs to be some training for the staff in techniques of cleaning.

Embarrassing moment. I visted Sands casino,in bethlehem PA! on 9/12/09 bus from newark,nj @1:30pm .once in side at the entrance of the casino were there was security.They stopped me,asked for ID,which that was ok.I forgotten my drivers license at home,i told them that i was 51 years old ,gave them my dob;6/10/58,still they did not believe me! so about 10 minute passed people looking at all of this"I felt so a shame by this time" never had problem with the law in my life! so back to the story.So then another security officer came and said that they could get me a ride downtown until my bus was going to leave ! i was shocked by now! so now its 15 minutes still at the entrance.so another guest was listening to all of this and notice that there was another group of people that was coming in there was two young women that had the same problem as me,they were offered green wristbands! my question is why? did security keep me for 20 minutes knowning at all they could have done was offer me a green wristband ? the difference between the 2 women was that they were white and i am black ? i love gambling,my family always gamble at the sands in A.City Im still hurt by this marlene royal velazquez union new jersey
