CHG is my absolutely favorite restaurant. hands down, best restaurant ever

I've had the opportunity to not only see the dining room and bathroom but the kitchen and preparation area as well - everything is so clean!

Every time I've gone in, a manager has visited my table to see how everything is going.

The food is fresh and delicious. The portions are great sizes. The calzones are huge and my Dad ordesr one every time. My mom loves the Cuban Sandwich and Crab Parm Dip. My personal favorite are the nachos, crab parm dip and the steak/crab meat scampi.

The staff has always been pleasant and there are plenty of beers and specialty drinks to choose from.

Our office party was held there last year and everything was wonderful.

Beware MSG Monosodium Glutonate in Food. Because I have an allergy to MSG I always clarify to waitstaff when ordering to reduce mistakes or possible problems. The waitstaff person went to the kitchen 2 times to make sure my choice would not contain MSG. I first had to educate the manager what MSG is and the severity of my reaction. I was told to change my order later and chose another. THe communication seemed clear and after 2 minutes of eating I became ill & realized my food was full of MSG. The response of the manager & staff was oh well, we never had that problem before, just acted like it was no big deal.

The danger of allergies can render many problems. The Truth is No Food should contain MSG, especially food consumed by children!! Fresh good quality food needs no additives. preservatives or special seasonings to be delicious.

Shame on you Copperhead Grill!
