i have used elegant arrival limousine for all my limo need. they are always on time or early,always a great time with them they are my go to company any request no matter the size they handle it great
Greater limousine services. I have used Elegant Arrivals Limousines for my last two events for my sister birthday and for my own wedding and it has been a GREAT experience. From the time you call in or email to book a day to the last minute drop off the customer service is unbeatable. They are always wait patiently; the drivers are super friendly and professional although we are a crazy crowd!!!! Thanks you so much and sees you soon for our next event!!!!!
WORST limo company!!!! I hired them for my best friends bachelorette party and they ruined our dinner reservations!
1.)They were an hour late
2.) The driver didnt bring the red carpet that I paid for
3.) The driver was speeding and all us girls were flying from side to side of the limo
4.) The windows & radio didn't work
5.) The limo was dirty and smelled horrible!
Worst part is the owner won't even return your emails or phone calls when there is a problem. Think twice before you use them!

Worst experience ever! I hired this company for our Bachelor/Bachelorette Party recently and it sure became a night I'll never forget. When I called to order this limo, I was told the "package" came with 2 bottles of champagne, 1/2 case of beer, water and sodas...as well as a red carpet and flowers for the bride. The party bus showed up at my house and rolled out this disgusting "red" carpet that was about 1 foot long. Not that big of a deal but definitely not as extravagant and special as the person I ordered from described. We entered the party bus and it was hot, stuffy and faintly smelled like someone had just gone to the bathroom (if you know what I mean). The Driver said he just turned on the air and once we got moving it would get a lot cooler in the bus. We asked the driver to stop down the street (1 mile away) so we could get cigarettes at the store. That's when the fun really began.....in that one mile drive the faint bathroom smell GOT SO MUCH WORSE!!!! All of us on the bus turned white and we almost about to lose everything in our stomach. On top of the god awful smell, the air condiitioning never kicked on so I'm sure you can imagine that smell combined with 90 degree humid weather. We all ran off the bus once we arrived at the store. The driver told us that he needed to get another vehicle and he could drive us back to our home. The smell was soooooo terrible we couldn't imagine getting back on that bus. The driver said he would be back in 15 - 20 minutes with a new vehicle. We sat outside of that store for an hour and 15 minutes before the driver showed up. Not only were we now extremely late for our reservations, but we were sweaty and terribly bug bitten.
We arrived at our destination late and found out that we lost the large table reserved for our party and they could only accommodate us at the small table. We quickly left after feeling uncomfortable and ask the driver to take us to another location. All was fine and well and we asked the driver to take home 2 guests not feeling well earlier than the rest of the party. The driver did but the next day I found out that the driver was asking these guests to pay the "surcharge of $110". The guest advised that i was the contact who set up everything and to talk to me. The Driver never asked me for this surcharge which leads me to believe that he may have been trying to swindle money out of my guests....but I'm not sure. Seems a little odd to me.
Although it was not the biggest deal in the world, we never received the 2 bottles of champagne promised in the "package". There was 1 bottle of champagne and a bottle of red wine. Ok....but the biggest kicker is they didnt even provide a corkscrew! so that wine was obviously pointless.
I spoke with the owner of the company recently and explained the situation of what happened and he barely apologized nor did he seem sympathetic. I told him i wanted a refund for the time we were waiting around for his driver...1.5 hours. He told me to call back the next day and he will tell me later what the refund is and when its processed. I called back and he couldnt even remember how much the refund was for but told me it was only for 1 hour. I said but we waited longer than that and all he could keep saying is how he already discounted teh package price for me.....which i think is a bunch of crap.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY....THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The limo paint was chip along the side. The back of the limo look like it just got into a accident. The door was rusted. It was cracks along the side of the hood. The limo sound like it was draging soda cans along the street. Wires hanging on the inside of the limo, I was told that the girls would get a rose,NOT. I call the company to make a complaint. I left a voice massage that I would contact the BBB ! and also post a review on the web about the service I received. I was very upset. The driver boss did not apologize or feel sorry about what happen.
DON'T DO IT!! – I made reservations thru LIMOSdotCOM & was assigned Elegant Arrivals.
I'll keep this as short & precise as possible. Our ride home from the airport NEVER happened!!

So- After confirming our ride home a few times, we arrived in EWR to a message from our driver saying he had been stuck in traffic & was running late. I thought "OK - That's fine", since our flight was running 20 minutes behind, by the time we managed to secure our baggage & get snacks for the ride home (having traveled over 4 hrs. from Puerto Rico), we should all be outside at pick up around the same time. >>WRONG. After waiting 15 mins. more outside I called the driver who said he was still going to be "at least a 1/2 hour longer". Already unsatisfactory. I've used limo services plenty of times & know that they arrive early- being late for a pick-up is completely unacceptable. Oh & He asked where I was! What??!! As if he had no clue where he was picking up!! . [Needless to say- this has been given to them by this point a number of times- including on the ride there!]
....But- things happen- so we'll be patient...
Cut to 2 HOURS later, multiple phone calls- once we even had the driver speak with a cab driver in the pick up area to give him exact directions!- We watched him drive by twice, on the wrong ramp, telling him he was going the wrong way! - SOON WE WERE JUST GETTING THE DRIVER'S VOICEMAIL & He was no where to be found!!
Finally after an agonizing 2++ HOURS standing outside the Newark airport close to midnight with 2 young kids, we had to hire a cab. YES A CAB! to Philly suburbs-- Cost us around $300... & numerous meltdowns by a 5 year old.
NO ONE EVER EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL & I'M PRETTY SURE THE DRIVER DIDN'T EVER EVEN BOTHER FINDING HIS WAY!! Good Thing we stopped waiting!! TALK ABOUT UNBELIEVABLE... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
*Also- Side Note: The reservation was for 4 People- 2 adults, 2 kids for a "Stretch Limo for 8-10 People", some descriptions said 6 people.. We were headed to an island & packed lightly- bathing suits & cover-ups basically. We each had 1 bag. 2 average to medium, 2 small carry-on size. The trunk didn't even fit them all! There were smelly gas cans & 'junk' cluttering the entire trunk so that we ended up having to ride with our bags in the [outdated] passenger area. This is a vehicle for 6-10 people?!?! I think not.

I'll try to Post an Update as to our Refund... So far I was told everyone was gone- call again tomorrow.... When I called the man knew exactly who I was so why wasn't I ever contacted & dealt with??!! Besides being Inadequate, this just screams Poor Customer Service!!
NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!!! – I wish there was ZERO STARS!! These people dont even deserve to have one!! I cannot BELIEVE this place is still in business! Wow where do I begin…long story short. My wedding day, Called them the day before to make sure everything was a go for our wedding the next day and was assured that everything was on schedule. Well, the next day (The day of my wedding) the limo never showed up…ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! We had to call to find out where the limo driver was and was told he was stuck in traffic on the highway. Oh really?? How about calling us and letting us know that stuff. So Half hour later….the joker shows up, we get on the highway (which by the way there was NO TRAFFIC IN SIGHT!!) to get to the church... Yes I was late for my own wedding!!!! After the ceremony, we all get back into the limo which had no working windows, we didn’t get the red carpet service we requested and because nothing was working, we didn’t get the bride and groom out the sunroof picture that we wanted either. The driver was very nice however. So the next day I call the place to complain about the late arrival, not getting what we paid for, the broken limo…EVERYTHING!! And all the guy can say is “well what do you want me to do about it??” ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Now that you have my money, this is how you treat me for your poor service? So he tells me he is going to send me a $100 gift card to use their limo service again (as if I would ever use them again…EVER!!) and a gift card to some restaurant. I wanted a discount on what I paid and he refused to give it to me. I have never been so angry IN MY LIFE! Then as if that wasn’t enough…the gift card for their crap service comes in the mail and it’s $100 OFF an 8 to 10 hour interstate service!! WHAT?????? OMG, NEVER NEVER NEVER again!!! I made the mistake of going with this company because they were cheaper than the others…now I see why! Don’t sell yourself short and pay the extra money for a GOOD limo service. You will have nothing but disappointment with these jokers!!
WORST SERVICE EVER AND THATS IF THEY SHOW UP – I was eloping and booked my limo 2 weeks prior. The owner promised us champagne and a red carpet. Well, the car was supposed to pick us up at 10 to be in NJ at 10:30 and by 10:10 we called them and they told us the driver got sick but someone else would be there in 15 minutes. After that 15 minutes passed we called back again and they told us they were looking for a driver!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! They lied to us from start to finish. A car finally arrived 50 minutes late with the driver in jeans and a camo hat! The windows had the company logo on it and there was nothing we were promised. They told us they would give us a refund for the trip that now took a bit over an hour when we payed for 2 but when we went to get the money, which we payed him in cash, he gave us a check and took off $80 telling us thats what it cost him to pay the driver for the 4 hours!! WTF!! Really!!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND DIRTY AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst Limo Service Ever! Stay Away – This has to be the worst limo service ever. It took the driver 4 hours to get to Newark airport late on a Saturday night and never did get my son and his bride to the hotel where they were going. My son finally told the driver to pull over and get his bags out because he would get there on his own. He fired the driver! After calling the limo service to complain they said it was our fault. The limo they used had no headlights. Just so many things wrong I can't even begin to hit them all. Stay away if you know whats good for you.
