Staff is totally incompetent. The office staff @ Muhlenberg Primary Care on Emrick Blvd. are nothing but INCOMPETENT & UNPROFESSIONAL. They mess up appts, mess up prescription refill requests, and billing. I will not use this location again even though I liked the dr.
