Dr R. was so kind- explaining everything in soft spoken lay person terms. he sat next to us instead of standing up. I will always make my appointments on his work days!!
- Pros: kindest soft spoken doctor
- Cons: cost- but it is what it is- that's health care!

I board my dog here and have had no problems. I can almost always get in when I want to and the dogs get a bath before they come home.

I took my dog here for a tooth extraction of two bad teeth and a tooth cleaning. I was told it would take 3 hours and I waited in the office for 6 and a half. I had a dog die the day prior so I was extremly nervous for my dog comet. I told two vets this and a receptionist. When I asked them another time if he was awake they still said to wait and they would lt me know. Keep in mind the first time i asked two hours after i left him in their care they still had not started on him. By six pm I was becoming very emotional crying and nervous. This was apparent to other customers but still these PROFESSIONALS continued to ignore me and any attempt i made with eye contact with them. They did not give back my shot records i had provided them with and the price of the treatment was more then double the estimated price. Given their was a extra tooth taken out. I had told them Time was not my issue it was only my concern with my pet. All i wanted to know was his status and how he was doing. When the nurse came out to explain the medicine n paid relievers to me she spoke quickly when i went to sign the papers she started to talk w another person waiting. Given this lady just go there and I had a million questions and had been there many hours. I was told in the beginning I had 30 days to come up with 684 dollars . I was originally told 330. I paid 350after i made this payment a lady came out and tried to set up payment arrangments for the following monday and made me sign a paper stating i would do so by then. When in the beginning I was told i had at least thirty days. This place has no emotional attachment to the animals or their customers. If you truly love your pet i recommend Wright animal hospital. They have personal care and the doctors actrully take the time to speak with u and understand your concern for your animal. Animals are like family members and this place was the worst i have ever seen. I have two dogs and my entire family owns dogs. NEVER had I been treated so badly.
