AWFUL!!. This place continuously rents out scratched games and dvds. I rented TWO games in a row that were scratched. I approached the manager about this issue. Unhelpfully he says, 'it happens,' and shrugs his shoulders. Give them your business if you want a hassle and enjoy being ripped off. Go to Blockbuster.
