terrible!!!. I recently went to the oasis sun spa at ceder crest blvd..Lets just say, I do not know how that place can stay in business!!!! The customer service was terrible...I went into the salon wanting to buy a tanning package, and ended up just buying a one time tan because the girl was so rude...First off she was on the phone when i walked in and ignored me, then when she did decide to talk to me, she was snippy and just wanted me to quick pick something so she could get back on the phone. My family 2 businesses as well, and this is def. not how a business should be run...SECOND! the bulbs in the bed def. needed to be replaced...I have been tanning for many years, know the owners of several salons in philadelphia, and i know a good bulb and a bad bulb...THE BULBS WERE TERRIBLE!!!! to sum it up, if your looking to over pay for a tan, but and have a bad tanning experience, this is the place to be...if your looking to get a some nice color on you, and be treated like a good customer, avoid this salon!!!!!

I went to this tanning /body shop just to try the tanning bed. I asked to tan pay for one session. The girl at the counter said well it is really cheaper if you buy a package and do it that way, so at the risk of maybe not liking the beds I did pay for the 10 sessions about 60 dollars and never did she say this is non-refundable nor did it say that on the documenrt I signed. I went into the tanning bed room and thought that the bed looked old but had no idea how old it was ..it is a 20 minute bed. I layed for about 5 minutes and realized that this was going to be a bad experience and got up got dressed and went back out to the front and was really nice about it ..I just said I really don;t think this is going to be a good fit for me and I really don't like the bed I just layed in can I please have my money back for the remaining 9 sessions the girl said well there is no refund available if you see the sign over there( and I still did not see where she was pointing to )she then said I can call the owner and talk to her and she did...the owner said no there is no way I am going to give your money back sorry. I paid in cash , my mistake I should have used my amex so I could dispute the charges. The customer service was terribale , no one tried to show mw the place to see what it was like and I was completely wrong for just trusting them ...they should have the new beds that have UV filters on them that won't be as harmful to your skin as the old ones. But they don't so I will never go back to that.
Bottom line ...0 customer service and the worst beds I have seen since the 80's
Is the economy so bad that the owner Jennier Striglia has to keep money that she did not earn?
I come from Atlanta where there is customer service and people care about others ..here they are out for themselves and don't really care about anyone else..
